We are the original Virtual Contractor; we deliver Virtual Bids where possible. This saves you money, minimizes personal contact to protect your health, and moves contracting into an efficient future! If a Virtual Bid is not applicable…
We’ll send someone out to evaluate your home for improvement areas. Typically, we can have someone out in 3 days or less. Then we’ll come up with a plan to maximize the value of your home to potential sellers.
2. The Work In Progress
Once you’ve approved everything, we’ll help set up the schedule. You’ll know all the milestones, and we’ll send you pictures if you must move before completion. Many projects can be completed in less than 30 days.
3. Review The Work
It’s important to us that you’re happy with the work. We’ll come out and do a walk-through with you so you can point out any concerns we need to fix before you’re satisfied.
4. Sell Your Home
Now that your home looks fabulous, it’s time for your Realtor® to take over and get you top dollar. We don’t tell you how to sell, just help you get your home ready to move. Once an offer closes, you pay us back if you were approved for financing.

Who operates ZingFix? Are you general contractors?
ZingFix was started by real estate agents who have sold, managed or built over $150 million in real estate over 15 years. We’ve seen it all and can help you get the most out of your home sale!
And yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured, and our general contractor number is ZINGFL*812JE if you want to look us up. We also work exclusively with other licensed general contractors and subcontractors.
How does ZingFix work?
Submit a bid through our site! We will contact you to give you a virtual bid or setup a physical bid. You review and edit the bid for the scope of work you want. Apply for financing, or agree to pay upon work completion. We complete most jobs in 7 days or less.
Do I have to sell my home a certain way if I use Zingfix?
Nope, we don’t dictate or put in a contract how you sell your home. That’s between you and your chosen real estate agent.
Does ZingFix do credit pulls?
If you apply for financing a soft credit pull is performed and does not impact your credit. Your loan is 100% equity based.
What if I like my home too much after renovation to sell it?
We love hearing this! Sometimes renovation is a beautiful way to fall back in love with your home, and you don’t want to move afterward. If you decide to keep your home, our financing institutions have payment plan options.

Does it matter who my broker/agent is?
We work with and love all real estate agents and brokerages. Feel free to bring your agent along with you throughout the process!
Do you work on vacant lots?
No, presently, we do not.
Does Zingfix work with wells?
No, presently, we do not.
Does Zingfix work with septic systems?
Not right now, but we’re working on offering this in the near future.
Does Zingfix work on rural listings?
Yes, we do. However, there are stricter financing guidelines.
Are there any rooms that require special timeline considerations?
Yes, there are. Bathrooms require structural, electrical, and plumbing permits to complete. This can cause ZingFix’s timeline to fluctuate for remodeling and additions to accommodate the process.
Is there anything else that alters ZingFix’s timelines?
Yes, there is. We’re no match for mother nature, so the winter months sometimes bring delays. This consideration is particularly important on the bidding side.
Do you do anything for the environment?
At ZingFix, we’re very environmentally conscious. In general, construction as an industry is a mess, and it's our pleasure to fix it. By deciding to renovate, you’re helping too.
Many construction products have environmental options with comparable prices. Wherever possible, we’ll choose those products for your project. Our subcontractors also adhere to the same standards we do.
ZingFix is committed to being a Net Zero company; as an organization - including our subcontracted labor - we will be carbon neutral effective immediately using best practice and carbon offsets through https://www.cooleffect.org/. It’s the right thing to do.
We are also a 1% for the planet organization and will be preserving 1 acre of land for every job we complete over $1,000 through https://www.conservation.org/act/protect-our-forests
How do you treat your workers?
We believe our workers are champions. They do so much for our projects, often beyond the call of duty. In return, we pay fair wages, support their education, and cooperate for their success too.

What if i’m not satisfied with the work?
We’re proud of every home we work on, and we want you to be proud of yours. Our job isn’t complete if you’re unhappy with the renovation work. We’ll work with you to fix whatever concerns you.
If you have a grave issue with one of our contractors, we’re on your side throughout the remediation.
How does ZingFix offer such affordable prices?
We work with our contractors directly, but it’s more than that. Since we have so much work for our contractors, many of them offer us a bulk discount. It’s the difference between buying a bottle of water at a gas station and a pallet of water from a warehouse store. We aim to pass as many of those savings on to you as possible.
